我比較好奇的是倍數這邊的用法，
1) within 2 times of the ideal rate
2) within 2 times the ideal rate
到底兩種都對，還是只有一種是對的? (要不要加of ?)
從中文的想法，1)似乎比較對。 (文法有錯嗎?)
可是從我查到的一些用法上，2) 似乎比較對。
所以我才產生問題，到底哪一個是對的?
