我比较好奇的是倍数这边的用法，
1) within 2 times of the ideal rate
2) within 2 times the ideal rate
到底两种都对，还是只有一种是对的? (要不要加of ?)
从中文的想法，1)似乎比较对。 (文法有错吗?)
可是从我查到的一些用法上，2) 似乎比较对。
所以我才产生问题，到底哪一个是对的?
