‧ New Team Battle map added! "(6p) Tiber Outpost" is now available for play.

‧ Implemented final fixes for the Population Cap issue as noted in Patch
1.1.3. This included reverting the temporary changes made in Patch 1.1.3.
一勞永逸的解決人口上限問題，優化包括1.1.3在內的臨時修正
‧ Tyranid Warrior Adrenal Gland upgrade damage reduced from 52 to 40
泰倫蟲族 戰士（Warrior）腎上腺體(Adrenal Gland)升級的攻擊力由52降至40
‧ Energy Shields no longer regenerate while active – This includes the
Zoanthrope, Falcon, Hive Tyrant, Warlock, Force Commander, Mekboy and
Techmarine
能量護盾啟動時不再恢復能量-包括 腦蟲/靈能蟲(Zoanthrope)、
獵鷹坦克、泰倫暴君、巫師、軍隊司令、歐克技師、星際戰士技師(Techmarine)
‧ Energy Shield conversion modifier reduced from .2 to .25
能量護盾吸收傷害由1（能量）:5（生命力）降至1:4
‧ Energy Shields now have an 8 second toggle on / toggle off time.
能量護盾現在需要8秒來啟動/關閉（應該是指啟動/關閉後有8秒cd）
‧ Falcon Energy regeneration reduced from 3 to .5
獵鷹坦克能量恢復率由5降至3
‧ Melee damage reduction versus Rippers reduced from .25 to .3
撕裂者(Ripper)近戰抗性由1/4降至1/3（沒玩蟲蟲，不確定在說啥
反正是nerf）
‧ Zoanthrope Focus Blast now immobilizes vehicles for 12 seconds from 15
Zoan的「集中火力」癱瘓載具由15秒降至12秒
‧ Guardian Battle Equipment cost increased to 50/15 from 40/10
守護者小隊「戰爭裝備」升級花費由40/10升至50/15
‧ Carnifex cost increased to 600/135 from 550/125
卡尼菲克(Carnifex)生產花費由550/125升至600/135
‧ Tactical Sergeant's melee special attack reduced to 28 from 50
星際戰士戰略小隊中士近戰特殊攻擊由50降至28
‧ "And They Shall Know No Fear" now debuffs Tactical Marine melee damage by
.6
「他們無所畏懼」將使戰略小隊近戰傷害降低 .6 （不確定是否為60％，nerf就對了）
‧ Spore Mines can no longer enter Ravener Tunnels and Webway Gates
孢子地雷不能夠進入吞噬蟲(Ravener)地道以及次元通道
‧ Warp Spider deathspinner damage increased from 20 to 30
次元蜘蛛攻擊力由20升至30
‧ Warp Spider Exarch dual deathspinner damage increased from 30 to 35
次元蜘蛛神官（沒說是英雄還是小隊領導）攻擊力由30升至35

歐克蠻人連個影子也沒有吶！（好啦，有技師啦。）
星際戰士只有nerf耶！
蟲族從超級imba變成還是很imba！
對了，中文是自己亂翻或參考矮人礦坑的，有誤請指正。
另外，官方預計4/13改版。
