標題[關西] 到關西的計程車....

看了前兩篇的心得文後
有個小問題想請教一下
報到的當天
在新竹火車站坐計程車的話
直接跟司機講說要到關西
司機會自動等湊滿4人才發車是嗎？
還有....
當天下午2點左右到火車站算是比較適當的時間嗎？
