标题[关西] 到关西的计程车....

看了前两篇的心得文後
有个小问题想请教一下
报到的当天
在新竹火车站坐计程车的话
直接跟司机讲说要到关西
司机会自动等凑满4人才发车是吗？
还有....
当天下午2点左右到火车站算是比较适当的时间吗？
