四、易與印刷物混淆之文件：
(二) 帳冊(單)簿籍：
3. 統一發票、收據。
1. 單獨交寄時，經填寫具有上款者，應按信函交寄；不具上款者，得按印刷
物、小包或包裹交寄。
你要捐的發票，想必不是要拿去給對方報帳的，
所以上面不會有上款、買受人統一編號之類的東西。
這樣一來，使用印刷物或小包寄送即可 :)
