四、易与印刷物混淆之文件：
(二) 帐册(单)簿籍：
3. 统一发票、收据。
1. 单独交寄时，经填写具有上款者，应按信函交寄；不具上款者，得按印刷
物、小包或包裹交寄。
你要捐的发票，想必不是要拿去给对方报帐的，
所以上面不会有上款、买受人统一编号之类的东西。
这样一来，使用印刷物或小包寄送即可 :)
