我在2月10日用EMS寄包裹到美國 現在已經是當地的郵局在處理 以下是USPS的訊息: We attempted to deliver your item at 9:28 am on February 15, 2011 in TEMPE, AZ 85282 and a notice was left because an authorized recipient was not available. Please check again later. 顯然是郵件沒有投遞成功 不過我的問題是an authorized recipient was not available 這句話我有點搞不清楚 是 1.收件人不在家? 2.查無此人? 3.寄錯地址? 或者是其他的原因?? 另外 a notice was left 是表示有留通知單在要投遞的地址上嗎? 我是第一次寄EMS到國外 希望有經驗的板友能幫我解答一下 不然5天後東西沒人領就要退回來了 謝謝囉!! --
