标题[邮务] EMS寄美国收件者问题

我在2月10日用EMS寄包裹到美国
现在已经是当地的邮局在处理
以下是USPS的讯息:
We attempted to deliver your item at 9:28 am on February 15, 2011 in
TEMPE, AZ 85282 and
a notice was left because
an authorized recipient
was not available. You may arrange redelivery by visiting
www.usps.com/redelivery or calling 800-ASK-USPS, or may pick up the
item at the Post Office indicated on the notice. If this item is unclaimed
after five days then it will be returned to the sender. Information, if
available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check
again later.
显然是邮件没有投递成功
不过我的问题是
an authorized recipient was not available
这句话我有点搞不清楚
是 1.收件人不在家?
2.查无此人?
3.寄错地址?
或者是其他的原因??
另外
a notice was left
是表示有留通知单在要投递的地址上吗?
我是第一次寄EMS到国外 希望有经验的板友能帮我解答一下
不然5天後东西没人领就要退回来了 谢谢罗!!
