標題Uniplaces使用心得

各位前輩好，
我預計今年9月即將去Instituto Superior Técnico(IST)交換一學期
目前透過uniplaces找房子，也有中意的房間，但意外發現uniplaces評價不是很好，又取消不退一次性手續費(約230€)
所以想問問有沒有使用過uniplaces的前輩能分享經驗，真的萬分感謝
