标题Uniplaces使用心得

各位前辈好，
我预计今年9月即将去Instituto Superior Técnico(IST)交换一学期
目前透过uniplaces找房子，也有中意的房间，但意外发现uniplaces评价不是很好，又取消不退一次性手续费(约230€)
所以想问问有没有使用过uniplaces的前辈能分享经验，真的万分感谢
