我覺得 怎麼規劃都不是重點
重點是 金錢和權力的重新分配
稅制 政策 地方產業經濟 勞工政策 資本家 社會福利 等等 都是要重新規劃
現在的仗況大概是
全台繳稅養肥一個台北市
和惡性腫瘤一樣
不知道會不會遠端轉移?!
