我觉得 怎麽规划都不是重点
重点是 金钱和权力的重新分配
税制 政策 地方产业经济 劳工政策 资本家 社会福利 等等 都是要重新规划
现在的仗况大概是
全台缴税养肥一个台北市
和恶性肿瘤一样
不知道会不会远端转移?!
