標題[問題] 有關PS的問題

接觸PS有一段時間了
一開始我隨便取個英文名字（不是從中文名字翻過來的）
可是我現在想改名字 改成我真的英譯的中文名字
原因是因為我想用fpp換他們的商品
可能要從美國寄過來吧 所以我想改名（改成我真的英譯名字）
所以我寄了封信給PS
他們也回了我信 信的內容如下

Can you please explain why the name Steven Chang is registered to the account?
In order for us to make this change, we ask that you send us the
following information:
1. a clear scan of your driver's license, or any other valid government
issued picture ID; and
2. a clear scan of your last utility bill (telephone, gas, water, or

我要請問大家的是 他要我寄駕照和帳單過去
我直接用相機照下來然後附檔案在E-MAIL裡面就可以了嗎？
但我沒有出國 所以沒辦過護照
所以記過去的也是中文的駕照和帳單 他們應該也看不懂吧？
我該怎麼做比較好？
請問一下板上各位的前輩了 謝謝~
