标题[问题] 有关PS的问题

接触PS有一段时间了
一开始我随便取个英文名字（不是从中文名字翻过来的）
可是我现在想改名字 改成我真的英译的中文名字
原因是因为我想用fpp换他们的商品
可能要从美国寄过来吧 所以我想改名（改成我真的英译名字）
所以我寄了封信给PS
他们也回了我信 信的内容如下

1. a clear scan of your driver's license, or any other valid government

我要请问大家的是 他要我寄驾照和帐单过去
我直接用相机照下来然後附档案在E-MAIL里面就可以了吗？
但我没有出国 所以没办过护照
所以记过去的也是中文的驾照和帐单 他们应该也看不懂吧？
我该怎麽做比较好？
请问一下板上各位的前辈了 谢谢~
