LAS VEGAS – The Pistons’ attempts to acquire another big man were made a
little easier today.

The Pistons traded guard Arron Afflalo, forward Walter Sharpe and cash to the
Denver Nuggets today for a future second-round pick in a move that clears an
estimated $1.8 million in salary cap space.
阿福 + 夏普 + US$ <--------> 第二輪選秀權 此舉約清出1.8M的薪資空間
After last week’s signings of free agents Ben Gordon and Charlie Villanueva,
the Pistons now have $3.2 million to address the gaping hole in their current
roster along the frontline.
簽完Gordon、Charlie後，活塞只剩下3.2M左右的銀彈來補強前場陣容
( 這就是典型的耍凱範例? )
With the only players on the roster capable of playing up front in
Villanueva, Kwame Brown and Jason Maxiell, the Pistons definitely need more
size.
目前前場陣容只有Charlie、Kwame、Maxy，顯然需要增援新肉棒來補強
The team is reportedly interested in Celtics restricted free agent Glen
Davis, a second-year power forward who is coming off a breakout postseason
run when he replaced an injured Kevin Garnett.
乳摸說對C's的Glen Davis有興趣
Davis, who is listed at 6-foot-9 and 289 pounds, is considered a little short
for the power forward but is able to compensate with his size and bulk. He
has a good midrange jumper and is a good rebounder.
這位胖肉棒有6-9，289磅
矮歸矮，但他的尺寸與肥大彌補了這點
有不錯的中距離與籃板能力
If the Pistons make Davis an offer, the Celtics would have seven days to
match.
如果活塞向Davis報價 C's會有七天的時間來考慮是否跟進
Other free agents that could fit the bill are Knicks center Chris Wilcox,
Spurs power forward Drew Gooden and Cavs power forward Joe Smith.
自由球員市場中另一些可能的人選：

騎士 的 Joe Smith
Also you can’t rule out other possibilities such as making a push for Jazz
power forward Carlos Boozer, who is on the trading block. Other trade
possibilities are Clippers big men Chris Kaman and Marcus Camby and Hornets
center Tyson Chandler.
或者透過交易來得到Boozer或是Kaman、Camby、Chandler
Afflalo was a first-round pick in 2007, but never really saw consistent
minutes during his two seasons with the Pistons.
阿福是07年首輪選秀，但這兩年一直沒有得到足夠的上場時間來證明自己
Sharpe only appeared in nine games a year ago as a rookie last season.
而夏普今年的新人年只上場過9場比賽
