Some people have very thick skin. They can be insulted or treated
disrespectfully, yet they carry on as though it doesn't matter. That may be
because they have a strong level of confidence and the judgment of others
doesn't affect them. But you aren't someone who can ignore it when someone
treats you in a demeaning way because you are so sensitive. Hopefully, you
don't feel you are deserving of such treatment. Hopefully, you don't feel
the need to gain someone's approval who treats you less than respectfully.
Your mission now is to work on your confidence and not on focusing on what
others think of you.

有些人臉皮很厚。他們受到侮辱或是不被尊重，他們仍然可以無關痛癢的繼續前進。
那也許是因為他們有很強的信心及判斷力認為對方不會影響到自己。但是，如果有人
如此對待你，你是不會因此忽略它，因為你是如此敏感。希望你，不會覺得你需要得
到何種的待遇。希望你，不會覺得需要得到看扁你的人身上，他們的認同。你現在首
要的任務就是努力建立自信，而不是專注在對方如何看待你。
