Some people have very thick skin. They can be insulted or treated
disrespectfully, yet they carry on as though it doesn't matter. That may be
because they have a strong level of confidence and the judgment of others
doesn't affect them. But you aren't someone who can ignore it when someone
treats you in a demeaning way because you are so sensitive. Hopefully, you
don't feel you are deserving of such treatment. Hopefully, you don't feel
the need to gain someone's approval who treats you less than respectfully.
Your mission now is to work on your confidence and not on focusing on what
others think of you.

有些人脸皮很厚。他们受到侮辱或是不被尊重，他们仍然可以无关痛痒的继续前进。
那也许是因为他们有很强的信心及判断力认为对方不会影响到自己。但是，如果有人
如此对待你，你是不会因此忽略它，因为你是如此敏感。希望你，不会觉得你需要得
到何种的待遇。希望你，不会觉得需要得到看扁你的人身上，他们的认同。你现在首
要的任务就是努力建立自信，而不是专注在对方如何看待你。
