標題[問題] Schottky source/drain FET

各位物理大師好:
小弟想請教N-type Schottky source/drain FET，在gate未加電壓時
junction的電場朝向channel，顯示channel邊緣帶負電。而gate加電壓至Vt後，junction
的電場朝向source/drain，顯示channel邊緣帶正電，問題是gate打開開關是形成反轉
層，應該集中在channel是負電荷，為什麼channel邊緣反而帶正電?
懇請大師開釋
