What is the density-of-state effective mass associated with X minimum?
[瓶頸] 這題我想利用effective mass的公式 m*=(h_bar )^2 * (d^2E/dk^2)^-1 來解
但我不確定要如何代入此公式 不知道X minimum的定義為何呢？？希望各位高
手能幫我解惑 萬分感謝!!!
