標題[請益] 這種圖怎麼畫(半導體)

這張圖要怎麼看???一開始我以為只要代[(h-bar)*k]**2/2m
可是圖的上部好複雜
還有就是要畫這張圖.因為3D要畫在2D 又要在同一張圖表達出不同方向
不知道要怎麼著手去畫
希望能給一些提示 好有個方向下手 謝謝
