問題關於Ohm's law
Collision time τ=λ/v(f)
電子加速度a=F/m=eE/m
Δt路徑X為 X=0.5aΔt^2 where
Δt^2=2τ^2
所以X=aτ^2
X/τ=aτ
Drift velocity v(d)=aτ=eEλ/mv(f)
標黃色的地方我怎麼想都想不透阿
Δt^2=2τ^2 why?????/
