The value "r = r(min)" is a 『root』 of the radical in the denominator in
Eq9.121 and 9.123.
Physical meaning: "r(min)" is a turning point of the motion and corresponds
to the distance of closest approach of the particle to the force center.
Eq 9.123 If r approaches to infinite, we set U = 0. That way E = T' .
: 【2】Fig 9-21 & Fig 9-22
: 這兩個圖的θ所指的都是散射角嗎？是同一個角嗎？
Different angles. θ= π-2Θ
: （我覺得看圖形好像不是同一個角度，但他們所計算的應該是同一個角度啊？！）
