標題[問題] fibrates對膽道類固醇分泌之影響

在關於fibrates類藥物副作用的地方 書上寫道:
Because these drugs increase biliary cholesterol excretion, there is a
predisposition to the formation of gallstones.
請問為什麼他會造成biliary cholesterol excretion的增加呢?
它的作用不是降低三酸甘油酯跟提高HDL嗎?
跟biliary cholesterol excretion有關係嗎?
