在关於fibrates类药物副作用的地方 书上写道:
Because these drugs increase biliary cholesterol excretion, there is a
predisposition to the formation of gallstones.
请问为什麽他会造成biliary cholesterol excretion的增加呢?
它的作用不是降低三酸甘油酯跟提高HDL吗?
跟biliary cholesterol excretion有关系吗?
