After oral dosing, : unchanged methadone and EDDP are found in similar amounts in the urine of : humans and account for up to 50% of the dose, with only trace amounts : of EMDP; other metabolites appear to contribute relatively little to the : overall metabolism of methadone, although this has not been well studied, : since complete mass balance has not been achieved. 這之前有做過專題報告XD 美沙酮只是飲鴆止渴... 有戒治毒品嗎? 沒有耶 發美沙酮都看到患者越喝越多.... 極少看到越喝越少的 只是政府把IV海洛因的患者shift到口服的毒品 以免共用針頭感染許多血液疾病的手段罷了 對這些喝美沙酮的病患來說 這是沒錢買海洛因的另外一的選擇 花一點錢就可以解毒癮... 有錢還是會去吸海洛因的 欣快感的強度不能比阿... 如果要戒治毒癮 大劑量buprenorphine的效果可是比methadone好很多 不過處理起來比較麻煩 剛開始用藥必須在醫療機構裡密切觀察戒斷症狀 但是戒除成功的機率比喝美沙酮好太多了 --
