After oral dosing, : unchanged methadone and EDDP are found in similar amounts in the urine of : humans and account for up to 50% of the dose, with only trace amounts : of EMDP; other metabolites appear to contribute relatively little to the : overall metabolism of methadone, although this has not been well studied, : since complete mass balance has not been achieved. 这之前有做过专题报告XD 美沙酮只是饮鸩止渴... 有戒治毒品吗? 没有耶 发美沙酮都看到患者越喝越多.... 极少看到越喝越少的 只是政府把IV海洛因的患者shift到口服的毒品 以免共用针头感染许多血液疾病的手段罢了 对这些喝美沙酮的病患来说 这是没钱买海洛因的另外一的选择 花一点钱就可以解毒瘾... 有钱还是会去吸海洛因的 欣快感的强度不能比阿... 如果要戒治毒瘾 大剂量buprenorphine的效果可是比methadone好很多 不过处理起来比较麻烦 刚开始用药必须在医疗机构里密切观察戒断症状 但是戒除成功的机率比喝美沙酮好太多了 --
