各位先進想請問一下 在前幾個禮拜所投稿的paper被通知說accept了， 不過就在今天卻又寄了一封信， Our referees are asked to make a judgement based on whether rapid publication of the paper would benefit the profession. Consequently this is not a value judgement on your work, but an expression of suitability for this journal. Also, since we regard speed as being of paramount importance, referees are permitted to make binary decisions without providing comments for authors. We are therefore unable to advise authors on the reason for a rejection. 上面的敘述實在不是很懂問題出在哪，感覺就是臨時又反悔所以reject 不知道是否有板友可以提供問題點出在哪邊? 接受信的內容 Thank you for revising your paper for IET Power Electronics.
