標題[問題] 期刊reviewer建議如果是我錯了

我的文章丟到一本期刊後 目前得到的答覆是修改後再看看
而其中一個reviewer給的眾多評語中
有一點是 "one of my main concerns is that xxxxxxx"
他提的那點的確是我當時設計methodology沒有想到的 現在看來當時的確定義太曖昧
請問 這種情況下 我是否該在文章中直接承認？
因為我這篇文章是pilot study
所以我目前是想承認 然後說之後研究要注意此項目
不過以前沒碰到過這種狀況 不是很確定這樣直接在文章中承認是否恰當？
