标题[问题] 期刊reviewer建议如果是我错了

我的文章丢到一本期刊後 目前得到的答覆是修改後再看看
而其中一个reviewer给的众多评语中
有一点是 "one of my main concerns is that xxxxxxx"
他提的那点的确是我当时设计methodology没有想到的 现在看来当时的确定义太暧昧
请问 这种情况下 我是否该在文章中直接承认？
因为我这篇文章是pilot study
所以我目前是想承认 然後说之後研究要注意此项目
不过以前没碰到过这种状况 不是很确定这样直接在文章中承认是否恰当？
