標題[問題] 想請問投稿的相關問題

小弟是投稿醫學類的
在線上投稿的最後幾步出現了additional information有點看不太懂他的要求
Before submitting the manuscript, please download the form regarding the
CONFLICT OF INTEREST from
http://www.springer.com/medicine/orthopedics/journal/590.
The form shall be filled out accordingly by each author individually.
The position(s) of the authors regarding one or more of the six options
have to be clearly defined. The completed form(s) should then be saved on the
author’s computer for up-load at the “Attach files” step.
Be also sure to INSERT (copy and paste) this/these option(s) on the title page
of your article!
想請問:
他說的regarding one or more of the six options是指什麼?
還有INSERT (copy and paste) this/these option(s) on the title page是要貼
什麼什麼option?
希望各位前輩給於指點 被這個小地方卡住真是討厭
