标题[问题] 想请问投稿的相关问题

小弟是投稿医学类的
在线上投稿的最後几步出现了additional information有点看不太懂他的要求
Before submitting the manuscript, please download the form regarding the
CONFLICT OF INTEREST from
http://www.springer.com/medicine/orthopedics/journal/590.
The form shall be filled out accordingly by each author individually.
The position(s) of the authors regarding one or more of the six options
have to be clearly defined. The completed form(s) should then be saved on the
author’s computer for up-load at the “Attach files” step.
Be also sure to INSERT (copy and paste) this/these option(s) on the title page
of your article!
想请问:
他说的regarding one or more of the six options是指什麽?
还有INSERT (copy and paste) this/these option(s) on the title page是要贴
什麽什麽option?
希望各位前辈给於指点 被这个小地方卡住真是讨厌
