標題[問題] resubmit or not?

星期天收到JBMR-B的退稿函 paper的內容是biomaterials的機械性質與應用
兩個reviewer給的意見 一個是minor rivise 另一個沒有明確指出要接受或退稿
他也提出了一些問題(但不難回答) 不過有一項意見是
Though mechanical evaluation was well addressed the study focus
is not suitable with journal.
最後 editor給的是 Reject !
Difficult decisions about publication must be made on the basis of an
article's perceived priority, suitability for the journal or potential
impact. Your manuscript did not achieve a high enough ranking to warrant
further consideration and therefore must be rejected. I must emphasize that
this decision is final.
在這種情況下.....到底適不適合修改後再試一次啊@@
還是就放棄轉投別的期刊算了啊@@
