标题[问题] resubmit or not?

星期天收到JBMR-B的退稿函 paper的内容是biomaterials的机械性质与应用
两个reviewer给的意见 一个是minor rivise 另一个没有明确指出要接受或退稿
他也提出了一些问题(但不难回答) 不过有一项意见是
Though mechanical evaluation was well addressed the study focus
is not suitable with journal.
最後 editor给的是 Reject !
Difficult decisions about publication must be made on the basis of an
article's perceived priority, suitability for the journal or potential
impact. Your manuscript did not achieve a high enough ranking to warrant
further consideration and therefore must be rejected. I must emphasize that
this decision is final.
在这种情况下.....到底适不适合修改後再试一次啊@@
还是就放弃转投别的期刊算了啊@@
