It took a while for him to find stasis : in his body and we think that could be the same with Zion.” : 夏季聯賽後 David Griffin 有提過不會讓 Zion做重訓,只會增強他的核心跟身體控制, : 我認為季前賽 Zion的碰撞後放球手感應該讓大家很驚艷, 但是只做核心訓練不重訓都會 : 長肌肉, 這...鶯歌表示羨慕..... : 從第三點看來, Zion 可能也會跟幹籃哥一樣大小傷勢作伴, 要不斷調整體態跟打法 另外補充，總管和整個醫療團隊都不認為體重是這次受傷的原因，他們覺得Zion的體態 很好，所以不會以減重為目標，而是如上面所說的強化核心和出力方式。最經典的例子 就是Stephen Curry，前期扭傷不斷，也是做了許多調整和身體的強化才改善。 --
