另外补充,总管和整个医疗团队都不认为体重是这次受伤的原因,他们觉得Zion的体态
很好,所以不会以减重为目标,而是如上面所说的强化核心和出力方式。最经典的例子
就是Stephen Curry,前期扭伤不断,也是做了许多调整和身体的强化才改善。
