標題[情報] 美版強終活動

現在重點有2個
1.SC card他們要人工發送 可能是最近 又或者是下一個維修時發送。
2.降強終活動，他們在1:1的回覆是『Reduction of quit rates will be applied
on the 9th of September during the maintenance.』。謝謝WITCHDOCTOR的提醒~XD
是9/9時，系統才會把強終消去。

during the maintenance.』這句話，放在圖片的中間偏下方的位置，字有夠小的..

Quit Rate Event - Prize Update AUG.28.2009
Attention Pangyateers!
We are sorry to report that Tiki made a mix-up when getting ready for the Quit Rate Event. Because of her mistake we were unable to distribute Scratchy Cards as originally intended. Scratchy Cards will be delivered manually to all Pangyateers who qualified during our next scheduled maintenance.
