现在重点有2个
1.SC card他们要人工发送 可能是最近 又或者是下一个维修时发送。
2.降强终活动，他们在1:1的回覆是『Reduction of quit rates will be applied
on the 9th of September during the maintenance.』。谢谢WITCHDOCTOR的提醒~XD
是9/9时，系统才会把强终消去。

Quit Rate Event - Prize Update AUG.28.2009
Attention Pangyateers!
We are sorry to report that Tiki made a mix-up when getting ready for the Quit Rate Event. Because of her mistake we were unable to distribute Scratchy Cards as originally intended. Scratchy Cards will be delivered manually to all Pangyateers who qualified during our next scheduled maintenance.
