這次終於可以打中文了 good news 我剛剛考過pmp了 好開心 這大概是我有生以來考得最緊張的一次考試 第一次考得這麼沒把握 (炫耀一下,從小到大,從國內到國外,幾乎所有的大小考試我都是第一個交卷) 這一次我是整整坐滿四個小時 在剩下五分鐘的時間才寫完兩百題 邊寫還在盤算 明年繳交第二次會費時再來考第二遍 在成績要出來的那一刻 我真的是超緊張 之後要簽名時我手還在發抖 是誰跟我說考試很簡單的 怎麼這次換我考 這麼難!!!!!!!!! 昨晚被蚊子叮了一整晚 四點就起床了 現在真是有些累 晚點有時間再好好回板主的疑問 可能之前有些誤會 我想要好好澄清一下 如果有冒犯之處請多包含 其實我說版主批評的點不到 並不是說板主的資歷不夠 因為pmp的的內容跟版主所批評的方向有些出入 這種感覺好像是 沒看過色戒的人 憑廣告印象卻批評它是色情片 而更加不願意去看 這讓我覺得可惜 因為從pmp裡我是很獲益良多 pmp所考的內容 比較像是在考你面對專案所該有的態度和採取行動 而面對專案的應有的處理態度以及所需的領袖氣質 我想不管在那一個領域都是一樣的 不管你在哪一行 在專案上 一定都會遇到類似下面的問題 你的老闆突然改變專案的範圍 但工作已經進行到一半, 資金有限, 時間也很趕 , 這時你該怎麼辦? 或者是專案中的一個很重要的團員,如果沒有他的技術專案就無法完成 而現在專案時程很緊,而這個團員卻因為其他的原因無法馬上加入團隊 這時你該怎麼辦 等等問題 所以對於經驗很足的pm 這些問題都遇到過 所以考起來就更加簡單 (相信我板大 你一定很容易就過了) 其實前面我有用ENC的問題稍微解釋版主的疑惑 這些其實pmbox雖然講得很理論 但是都有cover到 雖然pmbox理論歸理論 但是真正獲益良多的是做模擬題 而裡面所說的狀況 都是在做專案時會遇到的 好啦 我晚點再繼續 如果我還沒滿足板大的疑問 先別急著說 "It's pitty that you cannot answer my question!" 喔 等我有時間再好好看之前你的文章 再好好回答 ※ 引述《birdpon (Dame un beso)》之銘言： : ※ 引述《yule1224 (我要千秋王子)》之銘言： : : well, I have no intention to fight : : or to insult anyone : : yeah, I am not experienced enough to give you the answer, : : anyone can give him an answer? : : PMP is just a certificate... : : for an expereicned PM, it will be much easier for him to pass : : I have heard a senior Microsoft manager pass it immediately after class without : : any study.... : : I belive it will be easier for you to pass since from your resume : : you have many experiences...so why against it? : Well...I don't prefer this word, "against". : I am not "against" PMP, ok? : I think about PMP from a "reward" perspective. : I don't think I will gain any reward so I consider it not worthwhile. : That's it. : But maybe other people can take advantage of PMP, and I agree there would be : some possibility about this point.
