这次终於可以打中文了 good news 我刚刚考过pmp了 好开心 这大概是我有生以来考得最紧张的一次考试 第一次考得这麽没把握 (炫耀一下,从小到大,从国内到国外,几乎所有的大小考试我都是第一个交卷) 这一次我是整整坐满四个小时 在剩下五分钟的时间才写完两百题 边写还在盘算 明年缴交第二次会费时再来考第二遍 在成绩要出来的那一刻 我真的是超紧张 之後要签名时我手还在发抖 是谁跟我说考试很简单的 怎麽这次换我考 这麽难!!!!!!!!! 昨晚被蚊子叮了一整晚 四点就起床了 现在真是有些累 晚点有时间再好好回板主的疑问 可能之前有些误会 我想要好好澄清一下 如果有冒犯之处请多包含 其实我说版主批评的点不到 并不是说板主的资历不够 因为pmp的的内容跟版主所批评的方向有些出入 这种感觉好像是 没看过色戒的人 凭广告印象却批评它是色情片 而更加不愿意去看 这让我觉得可惜 因为从pmp里我是很获益良多 pmp所考的内容 比较像是在考你面对专案所该有的态度和采取行动 而面对专案的应有的处理态度以及所需的领袖气质 我想不管在那一个领域都是一样的 不管你在哪一行 在专案上 一定都会遇到类似下面的问题 你的老板突然改变专案的范围 但工作已经进行到一半, 资金有限, 时间也很赶 , 这时你该怎麽办? 或者是专案中的一个很重要的团员,如果没有他的技术专案就无法完成 而现在专案时程很紧,而这个团员却因为其他的原因无法马上加入团队 这时你该怎麽办 等等问题 所以对於经验很足的pm 这些问题都遇到过 所以考起来就更加简单 (相信我板大 你一定很容易就过了) 其实前面我有用ENC的问题稍微解释版主的疑惑 这些其实pmbox虽然讲得很理论 但是都有cover到 虽然pmbox理论归理论 但是真正获益良多的是做模拟题 而里面所说的状况 都是在做专案时会遇到的 好啦 我晚点再继续 如果我还没满足板大的疑问 先别急着说 "It's pitty that you cannot answer my question!" 喔 等我有时间再好好看之前你的文章 再好好回答 ※ 引述《birdpon (Dame un beso)》之铭言： : ※ 引述《yule1224 (我要千秋王子)》之铭言： : : well, I have no intention to fight : : or to insult anyone : : yeah, I am not experienced enough to give you the answer, : : anyone can give him an answer? : : PMP is just a certificate... : : for an expereicned PM, it will be much easier for him to pass : : I have heard a senior Microsoft manager pass it immediately after class without : : any study.... : : I belive it will be easier for you to pass since from your resume : : you have many experiences...so why against it? : Well...I don't prefer this word, "against". : I am not "against" PMP, ok? : I think about PMP from a "reward" perspective. : I don't think I will gain any reward so I consider it not worthwhile. : That's it. : But maybe other people can take advantage of PMP, and I agree there would be : some possibility about this point.
