Here is the link : : http://www.usembassy.gov/ : : 而且還附上： : : You can only obtain a visa stamp ata Consulate outside the US. : : 請問律師的回覆是正確的嗎 : 這個段落本身沒有錯誤 : : 我怎麼會transfer後要全部重用一次呢？ : 關鍵在於你的新的I-129尚未被通過，所以無法用舊的H1簽證搭配新的I-797 approval : : 另外原雇主除了不再sponsor我的H1B以後(應該是影響work authorization而已) : : 一定要提出撤銷我的H1B簽證嗎？(連我的visa status都被撤了) : 沒有錯誤，雇主應該要撤銷你的I-129，而H1的合法身份就是和工作資格綁在一起 : 畢竟H1就是專業工作人員(簡稱專業工人);工在人在,工亡人亡 : 你的簽證是屬於護照的一部份，當然不會被撤銷，只有領事館、入境官可以撤銷簽證 : 你被撤銷的是在美國工作、居留的status : 但是因為你送出了H1 transfer的申請，也拿到收據，所以你可以繼續合法居留、工作 : 但是在拿到approval之前，不能旅行; 拿到approval之後，就可以用舊簽證旅行 : 律師沒有明確提到這個部份，但你也沒有明確問這個部份，所以他不算是答錯 --
