Here is the link : : http://www.usembassy.gov/ : : 而且还附上： : : You can only obtain a visa stamp ata Consulate outside the US. : : 请问律师的回覆是正确的吗 : 这个段落本身没有错误 : : 我怎麽会transfer後要全部重用一次呢？ : 关键在於你的新的I-129尚未被通过，所以无法用旧的H1签证搭配新的I-797 approval : : 另外原雇主除了不再sponsor我的H1B以後(应该是影响work authorization而已) : : 一定要提出撤销我的H1B签证吗？(连我的visa status都被撤了) : 没有错误，雇主应该要撤销你的I-129，而H1的合法身份就是和工作资格绑在一起 : 毕竟H1就是专业工作人员(简称专业工人);工在人在,工亡人亡 : 你的签证是属於护照的一部份，当然不会被撤销，只有领事馆、入境官可以撤销签证 : 你被撤销的是在美国工作、居留的status : 但是因为你送出了H1 transfer的申请，也拿到收据，所以你可以继续合法居留、工作 : 但是在拿到approval之前，不能旅行; 拿到approval之後，就可以用旧签证旅行 : 律师没有明确提到这个部份，但你也没有明确问这个部份，所以他不算是答错 --
