試著找你的老闆談, 不一定要找HR 把你的困難點跟你老闆講 聽聽老闆的意見 如果你的老闆 真的需要你 他會想辦法去幫你解決 但是在找老闆談之前 你要把所有狀況和困難點都想仔細 另外, 也許公司的HR認為你目前先用opt工作, 沒有立即性需要辦H1-B 才會打算一年後再看看情況 但是如果當初HR已經承諾你一進公司就準備幫你辦H1-B 那麼你就可以把這個困難點跟你老闆講, 畢竟如果你公司是那麼所謂"誠實"的公司 幫員工調到應有的薪資和title才是符合所謂的誠實行為 因為當初勞工局設定薪資門檻, 立意就是要保證外國勞工不會因為身分問題被雇主壓榨剝削 所以想辦法和你部門的supervisor甚至更上層的manager談你的困難點 ※ 引述《arina3 (到底該怎麼做才好???)》之銘言： : hi, it's me again.
