试着找你的老板谈, 不一定要找HR 把你的困难点跟你老板讲 听听老板的意见 如果你的老板 真的需要你 他会想办法去帮你解决 但是在找老板谈之前 你要把所有状况和困难点都想仔细 另外, 也许公司的HR认为你目前先用opt工作, 没有立即性需要办H1-B 才会打算一年後再看看情况 但是如果当初HR已经承诺你一进公司就准备帮你办H1-B 那麽你就可以把这个困难点跟你老板讲, 毕竟如果你公司是那麽所谓"诚实"的公司 帮员工调到应有的薪资和title才是符合所谓的诚实行为 因为当初劳工局设定薪资门槛, 立意就是要保证外国劳工不会因为身分问题被雇主压榨剥削 所以想办法和你部门的supervisor甚至更上层的manager谈你的困难点 ※ 引述《arina3 (到底该怎麽做才好???)》之铭言： : hi, it's me again.
