就是 Carter的合約是球隊06.30.2011前如果不waive Carter
Carter 就可拿18.3M的錢。如果waive Carter那要付4M，然後Carter七月一號
變成非受限自由球員。
所以我們要交易Carter很可能要付給別隊3M現金
