Had so much fun making this video for the band, ONE OK ROCK,
with help from talented animators; Eva Wagner and Sam Thompson.
All the characters and sets were
hand cut from black card,
stop-motion animated and composited in After Effects.
We used a lightbox to create the glowing backgrounds layered
with paper mountains and trees.

最近的廣播訪問講到這首，是唱片公司突然提出要作這首MV
連作者都找好,但Taka看過後覺得動畫無法表達原本更深意涵
所以後來有日文(和譯)的版本,不然I was King好像自己在稱王
過去都沒有翻譯是因為覺得個人感受不同,故意不去解釋讓大家自己想像
另外日英版本是唱片公司各自要求的,英文版本不用日文,日文版一定要有日文
(兩家公司沒有特別合作)
填詞有時候還是想只用英文唱
