Had so much fun making this video for the band, ONE OK ROCK,
with help from talented animators; Eva Wagner and Sam Thompson.
All the characters and sets were
hand cut from black card,
stop-motion animated and composited in After Effects.
We used a lightbox to create the glowing backgrounds layered
with paper mountains and trees.

最近的广播访问讲到这首，是唱片公司突然提出要作这首MV
连作者都找好,但Taka看过後觉得动画无法表达原本更深意涵
所以後来有日文(和译)的版本,不然I was King好像自己在称王
过去都没有翻译是因为觉得个人感受不同,故意不去解释让大家自己想像
另外日英版本是唱片公司各自要求的,英文版本不用日文,日文版一定要有日文
(两家公司没有特别合作)
填词有时候还是想只用英文唱
