標題[問題] 還是有關報稅 (填0還是空白?)

federal income tax form 上面有一些我們完全不適用的項目阿
像是：
Taxable refunds, credits, or offsets of state and local income taxes
Scholarship and fellowship grants.
像是這種的空格 是要直接填０還是空白呢？
雖然是很小的問題 但是這種正式文件還是不希望犯任何錯誤阿
