标题[问题] 还是有关报税 (填0还是空白?)

federal income tax form 上面有一些我们完全不适用的项目阿
像是：
Taxable refunds, credits, or offsets of state and local income taxes
Scholarship and fellowship grants.
像是这种的空格 是要直接填０还是空白呢？
虽然是很小的问题 但是这种正式文件还是不希望犯任何错误阿
