標題[訪談] Sammy：小三獅讓我很蘇湖～

被皮爾斯選入小三獅 U-21 的 Sammy Ameobi（19），上週四以替補身分臨危上陣，
精采地完成了在英格蘭國家隊體系的首秀。賽後 Sammy 興奮地說：
"It was amazing to make my international debut, It hasn't really sunk in yet.
It's been an amazing few months for me. I've been given the opportunity
to play for Newcastle, and I've now had the opportunity
to play for England Under 21s. It's been amazing."
「能完成自己在國際賽的 Debut 實在太讚了，我的爽感還沒平復呢！」
「這幾個月對我而言，真的很驚艷，我有能為紐卡出賽的機會，
而現在，我甚至能在英格蘭 U-21 裡踢球！太嚇人了。」
"I couldn't quite believe what happened on Thursday night. I thought it
would be a quiet night for me, and that I may get ten or 15 mins at the end
if I was lucky. But one of the boys got injured and I got my opportunity."
「星期四晚上到底發生了啥事？我簡直難以置信！」
「我想『嗯今晚大概我沒什麼空間表現了，幸運的話，也許最後十到十五分鐘能上吧』
結果有一位先發隊友（Delfouneso）受傷了，然後我的機會就來了。」
"I wasn't nervous. I thought I would, but I was quite confident in my ability
and just wanted to get out there and do well for the team.
「其實我並不緊張。我以為我會緊張，不過一上場我的自信和能力就回來了，
我只專注在場上發揮自己的所長，幫球隊踢出好球。」
"I was happy with my performance. In the last ten minutes my legs
began to feel a bit heavy, but we put in a very strong performance
and it was great to get the win."
「我覺得自己的表現還不錯啦！最後十分鐘腿有點重重的，不過我們踢得很棒，
能拿下勝利實在是太好了。」
"It was a hard debut, but I thought I fitted in quite well and was pleased
with it. Stuart Pearce said afterwards that he was delighted with my
performance and that I played really well. That is great to hear and
hopefully I get another opportunity and go on from there."
「這是一場艱辛的首秀。不過我勝任得還可以，這讓我感到很開心。」
「Psycho 在賽後跑過來和我說：『我很滿意你的表現，你踢得棒極了』
能聽到這些話實在很不賴，我當然也希望能從此為出發點，得到更多機會表現。」
"We have Belgium on Monday and I hope to be involved again.
It's more experience and more games, which is what I need at this point,
I need to keep building in confidence and playing
at a higher level all the time."
「我們週一會再戰比利時，到時候我很希望能再上場一次。
越能上場就代表我能有越多的經驗，而這正是我現在最需要的，
我必須不停增強信心，然後一直在高層級的比賽中出戰。」
"I'm absolutely buzzing with what has happened with Newcastle and England
so far, and just want to take that forward now."
「我對本季我在紐卡和小三獅的發展，感到灰長灰長地心花怒放，
所以就這樣繼續下去吧哈哈哈！」
